The Woodstock Exchange

The Woodstock Exchange  was the old General Electric building which was constructed in the 1960s. The design brief for this renovation was for a contemporary space that encompassed open flow spaces with natural ventilation and light.  The biggest challenge in the design and  construction was ensuring that the strict Fire compliance was adhered to. A modern energy efficient layout was created within the confines of the existing structure. A rear courtyard  with trees and benches was constructed to enhance the open flow concept.
